From visiting the iconic Petronas towers to trying a famous Ramly Burger, our first full day in Kuala Lumpur was PACKED. To say this is easily our favorite Asian city is an understatement. It’s green, it’s pretty, and most importantly, the wifi is IMPECCABLE. Seriously, it’s amazing.

  1. KL is an amazing city. There is food court on 3rd level of Suria KLCC which has array of nice local n international food at affordable price. The food court at Pavilion is located on lower ground floor which many bloggers missed at affordable price as well

  2. Kyle & Madie, while you enjoy the culture, architecture & food here, what makes it even more memorable is the ease of communicating with the locals. In Malaysia,it's easy – almost all locals have a decent grasp of English. It has to be mentioned.

  3. I think you’ve met with an overzealous security guard at the KLcc Mall.
There is no such thing as no filming in the mall.

  4. Should have walk to Kampung Baru via Saloma Link for food (especially malay food), or pass kampung baru to Chow Kit….

  5. If your guys still in KL in this fasting month of ramadan try to go the ramadan bazaar, there you will find a lot of food to choose

  6. kyle's new haircut looks good him and the fact that i didn't even notice it on instagram makes feel disappointed about myself πŸ˜‚

  7. Yes, you can film in the mall. I think someone just pranked or bullied you. Hundreds of Youtubers hit this mall every day and they get to film.

  8. My experience of eating a burger from a stall in Kuala Lumpur was in 1975 when I was a child when my late father stopped on a street near the Botanical Garden. The place used to be famous for its free concerts on weekends long before.. Now I am 60 years old. I don't know who first introduced western food but that was the first time I tried it. At that time there was no Mc Donald, KFC or Burger King in Malaysia. Ramly Burger opened a factory to make petty burgers in 1979. But I found this fact from Internet.
When did A&W start in Malaysia?

    1963

InΒ 1963, A&W made Malaysian history when it became the first fast food restaurant to open in the country. This was followed in 1965 with the first Drive-in restaurant in Petaling Jaya, Selangor state.

  9. The foods in KL, are insane… you name it….a local, Thai, Vietnam,Indonesia, Japan, India,.. China Arab & etc.. , easily can be found in the city, not forgetting, there are so many foreign workers too. After all, hope both of you have a memorable moment in πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ…. 😻
