For everyone who is complaining about the raw chicken, this can only be done in Japan as Salmonella outbreaks are extreme rare and monitored within their chicken farming.

Wow! The wedding couple look really cute together. For many years, here in America, I began to imagine that young Japanese men and women were more reluctant to get married than prior to the 90s. I know there is a incredible slow-down on newborn births in Japan, but I would be curious to know what percentage of marriages per capita are occurring in Japan today, and percentages by age. I cannot imagine that it is very high. I even go as far to say that marriages in Japan (per capita) for young adults is very low; far lower than it is here in America, and even lower with newborn birth rates. Seeing this young couple celebrating their wedding looks promising, and to me, unusual, but very nice.

There's something magical about these little pop up food stands (Japan and Korea) there's such a human touch and proximity to the chef it's way more personal. Love it!
