■Fukuoka: Food Stalls
The symbol of Hakata nights is the food stalls of Nakasu,
the glow of their lanterns attracting crowds every night.
They offer Hakata ramen, oden hotpot, gyoza dumplings and much more.
It is recommended that you peer into a stall before deciding to take a seat. Better still, enjoy a little food and drink at a couple of different stalls. The delight here is raising a glass with fellow customers.
