In Goshogawara city of Aomori Prefecture, the ‘Tachi-Neputa Festival is celebrated annually from the 4th to the 8th of August. The Festive Floats (Tachineputas) are displayed all year around in the Tachi-Neputa-no-Yakata museum. You will be able to feel the festive spirit by looking at the displays. Those who are not able to make it to the festival in August, this museum is a must visit! A huge Tachineputa is waiting for you!
