Probably tastes great but the roasting process lowers caffeine (which is actually good for you) and kills a lot of the antoxidents of green tea. So us health nuts wouldn't prioritize this tea for anything other then an occasional treat.

Drinking hojicha while watching this! A very delicious tea. Genmai-matcha is another delicious Japanese tea that I highly recommend to anyone reading this.
