I went to Switzerland to hunt for bunkers, something I’ve been planning and dreaming about for years. The result wasn’t just a wild trip through the mountains. It was an uncovering of something much deeper: the story of this peculiar country and the cost and benefits of choosing neutrality.

The Swiss are the smartest peoples politically in the world. They know and live like they know the world is a dangerous place. History teaches that. America learned it after 100 years of isolationism and two world wars. We must always be diligent.
Because they are smart.
If this War does happen, I've already made My Peace with God. I'm not going to try and run away from nuclear bombs, Me and My Mom and My Dogs are going out front and we're going to sit in our lawn chairs and just wait for it. I very much Enjoy the research and time You put into Your videos. I've always wanted to go to Switzerland, the Landscapes and Mountains are Beautiful.
The only country on earth that people fear to invade more than the mainland united states.
My brother once rented a house just outside Geneva. Every house on that estate had a nuclear bunker in the basement with a gun in a locked cabinet. It was considered normal.
Wow its very great they are more prepared compare to other countries🙏 love it!
You are the best journalist that I have ever come across and I'm always so interested in the videos you put up. I live in sweden and we also have bunkers everywhere. But this in depth documentary was really interesting
insane video
Коли скінчиться нафта і газ бункери будуть корисні.
All that money and tech and concrete but what about the most needed resource….water? What if the water source becomes toxic what if the entrance is destroyed that nobody is getting out never mind getting in?So even if there is the ability to sustain life for let's say 20 years …just imagine living alone or with a few people underground for a very long time maybe the rest of your life, you would go INSANE and maybe even turn on each other. Then the next phase what about needing a doctor?
The idea of a bunker is a valid one if you just want to find safety for maybe a year at the most but any longer if the world above is all dead what is the point?
i do not enjoy everything but i just decided to subscribe because this was ……real
All is top secret… But u tell him the secret old man 🙄
Ok, I get it, Switzerland is like Hobbiton.
"Why Switzerland Has __ Bunkers"? Let me see, since "We are a neutral nation and we have the safest banks in the entire world" is a total cow dump lie, you need to build those bunkers to hide from your depositors?
The Swiss were the better Germans for quite a long time, because things could develop there uninterruptedly by wars, Unfortunately, pressured by EU and the US, they recently also fell prey to globalism and Western imperialism and gave up their neutrality. No bunkers will prevent them now from disintegrating internally.
And some more Swiss Underground Magic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLPnVkI_zk0 It's a trip through the access tunnels of the Grimsel power stations under the Swiss alps.
Worse than Iwojima or Afganistan by far. A true pain in the ass to invade.
Also, now I know where Andreas Vollenweider got his inspiration for Caverna Magica.
Was für ein Schwachsinn. Was macht ihr wenn die Tür wieder aufgeht.
It's a short video for such an amazing topic
There comes a time where neutrality is not a thing. Refusing to join the EU sanctions de facto means supporting Russia. Your "neutrality" becomes helpful for the aggressors.
need some in india metro politan cities
How many Austrians named Fritzl live there; I wonder. Hundreds of thousands of bunkers in unassuming and sound proof areas doesn't make me feel safe…
Interesting…. Now i understand what my grandfather ment when he said, "The swiss did not ask the world 'if' they could remain neutral…. they informed the world." Couldn't we all learn from this strategy……. and frame of mind.
Considering that Switzerland is a neutral (to the extream) country and that sanctioning is really announcing, "We're not doing any business with you anymore until you pull your head out…" to the world is that really still neutral? I mean seriously, how much business did they have with Putin anyway?
wouldn't the enemy be able to blasts through those bunkers just like the ones that own the bunkers, They might bury people alive in the bunkers and how long would it take people to get to the bunkers? Would it not be better to fight off whatever is coming? hiding in a cave? If you can open the door to get in so can an enemy? This guy finds bunkers easy too. So, They are basically apt buildings in the mountains? It would be neat if no one wanted to fight and war
– A big thank you Johny for this excellent documentary and all these incredible discoveries. The least we can say is that it's fascinating. A big thank-you! Your report is excellent, and you take pains to make us discover these incredible infrastructures.
This observation: The images are too "changing", it is not necessary for the "dramatization" of the subject and for me, it makes me "seasick". The report would win with more static images.
Your hats are so cure…Give me a break.
Damn I’m jealous haha I live 30 miles outside NYC. I’m going to be vaporized in a nuclear conflict
I like the way he just assembled a giant bullet like it's nothing. I'm ducking like I was in the room😳
Just awesome
Are they alien and zombie proof.
Starting to realize why a Swiss bank account is so untouchable to the rest of the world.
