OMG……give up folks. This is not a cruise review but a rambling diatribe about minor issues. I don’t believe this couple would be happy anywhere.
Sorry for your room cleaning issue. Oh no! I hope we don't go back to in-person e muster. In this day of advance technologies, cruise lines should have a reasonably easy way to proactively confirm that people have watched the safety briefings so that they can take corrective action. Their room key should not work until the safety briefing has been watched and completed. Those of us who try to do the right thing in a timely manner should not suffer with those who don't. If a person does not watch and complete the safety briefing/e muster final check-in they should be escorted of the ship…This will motive lots of people to get it done.

Great idea. While you are waiting to get onboard make everyone sit in a room and watch the video then they can get on. On ours it was a joke. They made you waitwhen they finally showed up they scanned your card and you left. What a joke.
There is no excuse from your room not being serviced every day. We were on the Escape last month and they said they would be only cleaning the cabins 1x a day, rather than 2x daily beginning later in the month. I'm glad you complained.
Thanks for the video, we are on the Breakaway 3/26/23 and I have just heard that the NCl is doing away within person muster drills as 4/1/23 and going back videos.
