In this video we’ll show you Furepe Waterfall, Hokkaido.
This is a waterfall that sees groundwater flowing from the mountains from the middle of a steep cliff with a height of about 100m and flows down directly into the sea.
The amount of water is low throughout the year, and it is also called Otome’s tears because of its graceful flow. From Shiretoko Nature Center to Frepe Waterfall Observatory, there is a 20-minute (about 1km) one-way trail.
I saw a wild deer on the way to Frepe Waterfall.
