Today we made the best Thai food ever. We’re joining a Chiang Mai cooking class and cooking 9 different dishes including Coconut Soup, Tom Yum Soup, Prawn Pad Thai, Chicken Basil, Red Curry, Green Curry, Papaya Salad, Fresh rolls and of course Mango Sticky rice! This was some of the best food we’ve ever had in our lives, period. It was such an amazing, smooth and memorable experience, it could not have been better.

  2. a good originally no chilly paste in the padthai, the sauce comprises of tamarind extract + palm sugar + fish sauce ( no chilli paste no pepper no soy sauce no oyster sauce). the hot part will be put on the side of the dish which is dried chilli).
