The NYK Hikawa Maru (氷川丸) is a Japanese ocean liner and museum. It was built for the Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line) on September 30, 1920, and its maiden voyage was on May 13, 1930, from Kobe, Japan to Seattle, USA. She has been in Yamashita Park in Yokohama since 1961, and she has been a museum since 2008.

The Hikawa Maru operated as an ocean liner from 1930 to 1960, except from 1941 to 1945, when she operated as a Japanese hospital ship during WWII and as a cargo ship from 1947 to 1953.

Her length is 535’ 9”. Her top speed was 18.5 knots (21.3 mph). She held 331 passengers (75 first class, 70 tourist class, and 186 third class). She made over 250 voyages across the Pacific Ocean and carried more than 25,000 passengers while in service.

To visit the Hikawa Maru, it is a 3-minute walk from Exit 4 of Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line.
