Garosugil, Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, Korea (신사동 가로수길) – The ginkgo tree-lined street (Sinsa-dong, Garosu-gil) that runs from Sinsa Station (Subway Line 3) to Hyeondae High School is a popular, upscale street in Seoul. The district has an eccentric flair thanks to its variety of charmingly decorated coffee shops, and designer stores. Garosu-gil used to be particularly popular in autumn when the golden ginkgo leaves begin to fall. However these days due to the effects of pandemic, the street is much less busy as usual. Many tenants moved out, however since the landlords remain rather greedy the uptake from new retailers is rather slow. Nethertheless, it has become one of the most attractive film locations in the city.
