  1. Some one probably die in it. They are cheaper because from what I understand the Japanese don't like to buy a home where a death has occurred. Watch Japan.com videos he explains it so well and you should see the home he bought, he has had to spend weeks cleaning it up, but he has land privacy and tons of space at a price that anyone would envy!

  2. During my time in Osaka, my professor lived across the road from a train track. He would not recommend it either.

  3. I've lived near tracks for 8 years now and I really got used to it. The neighborhood is soo… Japanese! Maybe I'd buy this house – if I lived in Japan and I had the money 😉
