I think it turned out nice and fluffy because she didn’t use a lot of products in your hair. Usually they don’t get our roots because their afraid they’re going to burn 🔥 us. I tell them go ahead hun and do my edges and roots. 😂😂

Conditioning is VERY important because the cuticles have to be closed after shampooing, which opens the cuticles.

Hi Maryjane, they don’t put conditioner on the hair the first wash after coloring, because it can diminish the color.
