I have claustrophobic issues and so these sleeping pods would make me feel too closed in. Not for me. but maybe others would enjoy this type of accommodation.

Interesting to see the capsule hotel . We dont have any thing like that in POLAND Great for women to use and safe for them Expect you were surprised by your sleeping result and the number of times you rolled over , They do checks in hospitals here and England to see your sleeping positions but the use probes in to a monitor so they can see breathing and heart rate or dreams during the night . Think every one must wake up as in a strange capsule there must have been a camera watching you as no probes to your body Did you go home to bed afterwards to get some sleep in private Hah hah , You cant beat your own bed at home !! Thank you for another informative and entertaining video. I have thought about staying in a Capsule Hotel when I am travelling in Japan. Maybe I will try it next time. The black pyjamas were good and the bathroom looked vert good and clean (very important).

Interesting capsule hotel, especially the sleep analysis. Waking up 100 plus times and not breathing for a max of 12 seconds may be quite alarming. Perhaps you might want to consider a sleep analysis done in a medical setting to test for sleep apnea. Maybe you are a light sleeper and cannot have a full night’s sleep in unfamiliar places. If you do exhibit day time sleepiness and/or never reach deep, rejuvenating sleep a majority of the time, please have it checked by a doctor. Otherwise, I enjoy your content and wish you good health always.

Exploring capsule hotels is always so exciting since they go great and unique interrior and architectural design! I really like the curved line gives really feminen feeling to it! I love this minimalistic style stars from locker and shower rooms ^^ Height of the cupboards are almost Yuka friendly XD 7 is also one of beloved number ;D What an inspirational capsule space exactly a space ship so glossy and inside is comfy too! :O perfect they are isolated ;D (but you still heard snooring :P) I really like that you felt in an egg!

Thats something so cool these dqays I cant sleep well I need some monitoring too I do like the shape off pillow even space for out cuttie duckiesss! :)) I also like the black PJ on you but I do prefer that cute duckie tee and I remember it Most kawaii!! <3 Lounge place is so inviting with soft colors and a great view we do need man version of it! 9 hour idea is too right and I do love it!!
