Every now and again you pass by a bit of wall or pole covered in stickers. I've always wondered, are those deliberate art pieces or do people just put them there because they want to? If it's the later, is it actually legal or is it considered vandalism? Those sticker spots seem oddly eclectic compared to the tidiness of the rest of these beautiful cities, and yet they're so charming I find myself oddly fascinated by them.
