札幌市では、アイヌ文化の魅力を国内外に発信し、札幌市への観光客誘致を図るため、「アイヌ工芸品」「アイヌ伝統文化」という2つのテーマでショートムービーを制作しました。
こちらは「伝統文化編」で、札幌市を舞台に、ロシア人の若者がアイヌの人々との交流を通じて、アイヌの伝統文化に触れ、アイヌ文化への理解を深めていく物語です。
映画には、札幌市内にあるアイヌ文化関連施設や観光地もたくさん登場します。
アイヌの人たちが本人役で登場することも見どころの一つです。
映画のロケで使われたアイヌ文化関連施設や観光地を紹介する「ロケ地巡り」もあります。

We produced short movies in the two themes of “Ainu Arts and Crafts” and “Traditional Ainu Culture” to promote Ainu culture domestically and internationally and to attract more tourists to the city of Sapporo.
This movie is “Traditional Culture Edition” and tells the story of a young Russian person who, through interaction with the Ainu people, comes into contact with traditional Ainu culture and deepens her understanding of Ainu culture, set in the city of Sapporo.
The movie also features many Ainu culture-related facilities and tourist attractions in the city of Sapporo.
One of the highlights in the movie is the appearance of Ainu people in their own roles.
