Let’s visit Sengkang Grand Mall on it’s opening day. It’s situated at Buangkok (not Bangkok!) and is Singapore’s newest mall. This is an integrated development with 3 levels of shops, hawker centre, child enrichment centres, Community Club and a 680-unit condo above it. Let’s have a tour of this new mall which is connected to Buangkok MRT station Exit A.

  1. I really cannot understand why spore malls must hve all the same brand across our small island. No difference fr compass point mall.all same same

  2. Sengkang Grand Mall very beautiful Architecture design very modern, thank you for roaming us, enjoyed waching in here 19:22

  3. Singapore got alot of mall cannot give aircon liao la, so this 1 gotta sacrifice. Not a full fledge mall without cinema or a big library.
The developer sure anot to call it GRAND MALL???? Come next door waterway point to see what is a full fledged mall with full nature.

  4. Thanks for your introduction & info. I have to alight at Buangkok Station instead of Seng Kang Station is it.

  5. Not looking forward to a new shopping centre in SG as 99% of the shop u can just find in any other shopping centres.

  6. Its main purpose is to serve the community there so it makes sense to have the usual shops you find in most malls.

  7. It's better to open for business when the hawker centre is ready so that even if not all the shops are available the food is ready.

  8. REMEMBER TO PRAISE AND VOTE FOR PAP FOR THE SHOPPING MALL AND MUST ALWAYS BLAME THE OPPOSITIONS.

  9. really no air con, this is bad who will go to the mall.A shopping mall must have air con if not i rather go ion orchard shop.

  10. Other than convenient for residents living around the area. Spore malls really lack attractions – too many duplication brands.

  11. Singapore is the most boring place in the world. No identity, and built very cheap.
Every shop is the same as every other mall, nothing spectacular about this mall or indeed any mall in Singapore

  12. Putting small trees and plants in the main lobby is a wise choice. Landscape design creates cozy spaces in and around the mall. Most customers today prefer casual and intimate spaces to luxury retail showrooms.

  13. why only 3 levels of shops….since singapore has limited land space, the mall should be taller with at least 100 levels.

  14. the issue with singapore malls is that they are almost a repeat of the same shops, same restaurants and same decor. Bangkok, taiwan or japan malls are much more interesting.

  15. I live within a 1 km radius of Buangkok and the atrium of this mall is very big but the basement looks like a one strip of road in a flea market. so small

  16. As a teen Singaporean i have to say this mall is the same as the other malls nothing special i suggest china malls because it's much bigger and fun.

  17. sadly there are only a few really memorable building landmarks in sg including the malls. the rest all look the same

  18. Hawker food in malls = not hawker food but mall food, expensive overpriced food. Real hawker food is not in aircon
