Soi 7 & 8 are definitely better at night. Prior to Covid, they were two of the most popular sois for bar girls. Soi 7 has definitely rebounded better than Soi 8 due to the number of open air bars. I’m may put Soi 7 on my list for my upcoming trip to Pattaya 😂
