Travelled Kyushu Island, driving through Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Oita, and Fukuoka prefectures. Visited Aso in Kumamoto, Takachiho Gorge and Cape Hyuga in Miyazaki, Yufuin and Kokonoe Yume Suspension Bridge in Oita, and Miyajidake Shrine in Fukuoka.
Takachiho Gorge was the highlight of this trip. I always wanted to go there and finally I made it. Looking at the beautiful nature was so relaxing, and the train ride was unique and fun experience. This place is highly recommended.
