Why is it expensive? It looks old, wet and worn out. Nothing modern about the houses. It's not even extravagant. They're very simple old townhouses. Definitely not where I'd consider living. If you ever visit Australia please visit, Brighton, Toorak and anywhere in Melbourne city. You'll know what expensive looks like, including modern architecture and beautiful street views in nature.
