It has been 7 years since the tsunami in Fukushima and people still avoid traveling there in fear of the radiation. So in an effort to promote how amazing and safe the Fukushima prefecture really is we got invited out by Nihonmatsu City to check out the peaceful Japanese countryside.

Located in Fukushima, Nihonmatsu City has some really delicious Japanese sake and the beautiful countryside is filled with beautiful farms that offer special experiences that let you experience some of what these farmers do.

We stayed in a minshuku which is basically a Japanese Bed and Breakfast that had one of these special farming experiences. It was truly an amazing experience and I really got to learn a lot about the local Japanese people and their daily life. Trips like these really have made me appreciate living in Japan.

So this is the first video we’ve done like this and we hope to do more in the future. So please give the video a like and a share if you liked it.
