I mean, bravo of course to Monsieur Couillon, but I’m still reeling from the decision to demote Restaurant Guy Savoy. First Paul Bocuse, and then Guy Savoy. I don’t even know the man and I feel the urge to write to the restaurant to show support in light of such a shocking moment🤦🏻♂️ Anyways, third stars have been won back after a demotion. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen. Monsieur Savoy waited a long while to earn his third star. If anyone can put in the work and effort to gain it back, it’s him, I know it😉
