南伊豆町で河津桜と菜の花が見頃の様子を映像にしました。伊豆半島の最南端にある南伊豆町は、河津桜が例年２月から３月にかけて青野川沿いに花開きます。南伊豆町は河津桜の原木のある河津町からも近く、春になると河津町桜まつりと共に約一か月ほど早く満開の桜を楽しむことができます。

This is a video of Kawazu cherry blossoms and canola flowers in Minami-Izu Town. Minami-Izu Town, located at the southernmost tip of the Izu Peninsula, is about a 3.5-hour drive from Tokyo.
Kawazu cherry trees, known for their early blooming, usually blossom along the Aono River from February to March.
Minami-Izu Town is also close to Kawazu Town, where the original Kawazu cherry tree is located, and visitors can enjoy the cherry blossoms in full bloom about a month earlier than other areas, as well as the Kawazu Town Cherry Blossom Festival!
