    ChatGPT is down! Even the premium version. I can only imagine how many people are freaking out right now. My one buddy uses it so often he said it 'changed his life'. People are already becoming reliant upon it. How long until people can't do their jobs without it? Therein lies the danger of this tool.

    At minute 35:00, the former Eaton's in College Park had a huge conference hall on the 7th floor, now known as the Carlu. Also a small correction – at minute 13:30, that's Toronto Rehab Hospital THEN Mt Sinai, THEN Princess Margaret hospitals – in case anyone needs to come to Toronto for treatment and uses your video for orientation.
