This is NOT a promotional video. I pay for all of my flights and hotels (and I always tell you how much!) so I can be as honest and impartial as possible. I do not receive any special treatment that wouldn’t otherwise be publicly accessible, in fact, the hotels and airlines have no idea about my visit and that’s the way I like it!

  1. Awesome video man…👍
I would recommend you to try THE ROSEATE GANGES in rishikesh if you want to experience natural+spiritual peace at some point in life. That place near the river changed my perception of life…

  2. Wow, this Oberon appeals to me way more than the one in Mumbai…even though as you mention the style is a bit dated, the whole setting (the garden 😍) is so much warmer and hospitable. It’s a long time ago I visited India, this makes me want to go there! Thank you for the beautiful review 🙏🏼

  3. love your vlogs lookiing forwarrd to using your rvlogs as a refrerance for future adventures thank you kevin lee [perth australia

  4. Absolute tranquility and opulence in the middle of the bustling metropolis of Bangalore.

  5. I can’t appreciate the bgm choices enough.. while it’s easier to put a generic “Indian” music (that does at most time make my ears bleed because of how low effort they are), I love how the music flows with the general theme (especially for the Taj video and now this).
    Really enjoy your content! 😊

  6. Hi there, from Bengaluru, the Oberoi is one of the top of hotels in Bengaluru, but you should also try the ITC Gardenia the next time you come, which i think is the best
Btw Your content is as amazing!!

  7. Maybe I am not rich enough, but for some reason I have never stayed in an Oberoi. Thanks for the tour, Bangalore is my favourite Indian city (equal to Kolkata) and I wish to come back soon.

  8. I stayed at Oberoi a decade ago and it is quintessentially 90's Bangalore as you rightly describe. The other hotel with a very similar vibe is the Taj West End. Did you stay there as well? I personally prefer the Taj over Oberoi.

  9. in all your travels . do you recommend using the safe in the room.? are they safe .. sorry for the pun.. thank you for all your content

  10. Welcome to Bangalore! I hope your enjoy our little slice of paradise. I also hoped you took a flight out of the brand new terminal 2 of KIA.

  11. Thanks for the wonderful video tour. It’s a fantastic hotel with so much lush green.

  13. I might want to suggest you visit The Wildflower and The Cecil both Oberoi properties located in the hilly town of Shimla. Those properties are a league of their own

  14. I do wonder if you’ll ever visit Bora Bora and the French Polynesia! I just came back from the Four Seasons Bora Bora and I was amazed. If you ever plan on considering the four seasons bora bora, I highly advice and beg that you book the “Mountain View Room”, we stayed at the lagoon view also but the Mountain View was just mind blowing. Once you enter the room and then walk out to your little terrace, you’ll be blown away by the view, and if you do have the budget, upgrade to the Mountain View with plunge pool!

Also, just subscribed to your Patreon with the explorer tier. I subscribed to your YT channel just five days ago and I gotta say love the content

  15. Just out of curiosity…. Are you going to review taj lake palace hotel and Oberoi Udaivilas in the city of Udaipur?

  16. Outstanding video as always! Your dinner at Lapis looked supurb. Did you try Wabi Sabi while you were there!?! The menu is mouthwatering!

  17. India, though surely attractive from a cultural view, scares me way too much to ever go there. However, absolutely fascinating property.
