    Hey man I was thinking about how you said you spent 145 dollars a night for Jupiter hotel and I thought you could stay at elves I think it’s literally half the price although the location isn’t central it’s got a pastry shop

    Its something about ghana that have ppl wanting to stay in ghana longer it's crazy. 😂😂 I see too many foreigners who visit or live there for a long time and for the most part they all say the same thing and they all say that they do not want to go back home, so I am not surprised that the manager does not want to leave Ghana & go back to his country 😂😂 I want to visit as well

    #GbomahDetsi is an Ewe sauce made with leafy Ghanaian greens. We Ewes call nkontomire and all other leafy greens such as 'Aleefoor' used for sauces, 'Gbomah'. We have the original Collard green that we call 'gbomah-Toga'…(wide-ear gbomah or wide-ear greens)

    I was in Ghana but never new all local restaurants exist. I will be there for banku and gboma soup.
    This soup is mainly prepared by the southern part of the Volta. It is full of special leaves and a bit of okra. I really love ❤ this soup. Good job Fred 👏

    What's Tipping Culture in Africa? Do you tip money for service as you feel like you do in United States or is it more like Europe where it is added to bill or just no Tipping at all?

    I never fail to eat here when I'm back in Ghana.

    Lovely food and service.

    Although last April I left my Phone charger in the restaurant and never got the call back I was promised. 😂🤣
