The restaurant we filmed closely this time is Isonobou, located near Hiroshima Station. The company has been in business for about 50 years, and this store has been in business for 40 years.
We filmed closely from early morning until closing time at night. It was a warm restaurant where the staff conveyed their desire to provide customers with delicious fish at the lowest possible price.
All the stories I heard from the regulars about how much they love the restaurant made my heart warm.

今回密着させていただいたのは、広島駅近くにある「磯の坊」さん。創業は会社が50年程で、こちらの店舗は40年になります。
取材のお願いをしたら翌日に「毎朝市場から生きた魚を自社トラックで入れるから、そこから撮ったらどうかな？」とお電話をくださいました。
朝から密着させていただき、美味しい魚を出来るだけ安くお客様に食べてもらいたい、そんな思いがスタッフの皆さんから伝わってくる温かいお店でした。
常連さん達から聞くお話はどれも、とても愛されているお店なんだなと心がほっこりしました。
