Akita’s oldest local foods: Inaniwa Udon – #Shorts! 🍜

I am in Akita and Inaniwa Udon “稲庭うどん” is one of the oldest local foods here! 🍜

Unlike traditional udon this one is super thin and has a great bite to it, it’s so delicious 😋

Aside from the traditional dipping sauce and soup, this restaurant even had some soup variations like a Thai red or green curry and wow – what a great combination 🤩
