Japan limited express
Limited express trains are the second-fastest railway connection you can choose in Japan (after Shinkansen, of course). Just as their famous siblings, they boast an impressive top speed and offer great onboard amenities.

Kintetsu Limited Express trains link sightseeing areas in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Ise-Shima and Nagoya comfortably and conveniently. The Kintetsu Limited Express only has reserved seats. It provides you with a convenient means of arriving at your destination while comfortably and relaxingly sitting in your seat. To board a Limited Express train, you need to pay a Limited Express charge in addition to the basic fare. Be sure to purchase an additional Limited Express ticket.

Shinkansen high-speed train network in Japan
It’s one of the most iconic images of modern Japan: a needle-nosed bullet train speeding past majestic Mt. Fuji, the tallest mountain in the country. The picture not only signifies a triumph of technology over nature, it symbolizes a reverence for engineering design and natural beauty that is one of the hallmarks of Japanese culture. In effect, the bullet train represents Japan itself.
