Have you ever wondered what it would be like to travel through Japan? Thanks to our trusty dash-cam, we can show you! We’ve only just arrived in Japan, but we hope to earn residency and stay here forever. This was my first ride on the shinkansen bullet train from Tokyo to Fukuyama, on our way to Omishima island. This video includes highlight footage from the Tokaido and Sanyo lines, on the fastest train in Japan, the Nozomi. You’ll see rural farmland on the outskirts of Tokyo, followed by small towns, big cities, and more rural farmland, as the train speeds through the landscape. We got on the shinkansen in Tokyo’s Shinagawa Station, then made stops in Shin-Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, Shin-Kobe, and Okayama, before our exit at Fukuyama Station.
