The Okurayama Park Plum Grove opened in 1931, and has about 220 plum trees of 46 varieties, which can be enjoyed from late January through March each year.
The Okurayama Plum Viewing Party has been held since 1989. This time it is being held for the first time in three years.
The 35th Okurayama Plum Viewing Party is held on February 25 and 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Admission to the Okurayama Plum Grove is free and open anytime.
