We are here for the Otaru Snow Light Festival Ceremony. This is a week-long festival hosted in Otaru. A lot of people are here although COVID restriction is still in place. Snow path extends along the Otaru Canal.
All the lanterns are made of either snow or ice. The light source are from real candles.
