From Miura Kaigan Station to Komatsugaike Park, the main venue, you can enjoy Kawazu cherry blossoms (a natural hybrid of early-blooming Oshima cherry blossoms) along the Keikyu line. Canola flowers are also planted under the cherry trees, and the contrast between pink and yellow is a wonderful word. It will be in full bloom from around February, and many tourists will visit. The Miura Kaigan Cherry Blossom Festival is held when the Kawazu cherry blossoms can be enjoyed, and many local vegetable stalls and restaurants open in front of Miura Kaigan Station and along the route to the venue. It will be lit up at night, so let’s enjoy it together (in 2023, only the area in front of the station will be lit up).
