  2. I think it os very funny how some of you think that we pastry professionals use gloves to work 😂😂 do you want pieces of gloves in your food? I don't think so… Our hands has to be clean just like a doctor should.

  3. These look nice, I make mine slightly different but I don't have to make so many. I also use dental floss to slice them as I find you get the perfect cut, with cutting you can deform them a bit when pressing down, although I did notice this guy reshaped them afterwards. Using floss is much more time consuming though.

  4. Im curious about how much arm hair is inside the cinnamon rolls because I see hair break or fall out all the time, and skin dandruff, any 1 cooking should be using long sleeves and long gloves.

Hand washing is important as dressing correctly in processing food for other people, according to the United States health department 75 % of people preparing food products don't always wash their hands after using the rest rooms or smoking. As cross contamination is a other thing with any food. Look at his apron it very clean 🤔.during the holidays people always cut corners as rushing around not paying attention. Even after baking this should be considered where you place your baked goods. Reusing the same butter and sugar draw and using the same dough cutter to remove already baked goods.   6. You ever leave finger prints on a mirror. It's oily and leaves small skin particles behind that's how police get DNA and find who it is. Well that same oil and skin goes into your food. I will only eat where they wear gloves. Not matter how much they wash their hands the oil might be gone but the skin still comes off. Or even worse scabs on their hands come off. You no glove people enjoy your fleshy cinnamon rolls. Bon appetite
