I still think that whatever is show from USA that involves seafood is that the cooks behave like butchers. They lack the finesse. Its maybe delicious but I rather rewatch the episodes from Asia. Its art back there.

all the juiciness of crab r gone tho, better u brush, steam it whole, cut, and enjoy it directly while still warm then the juiciness stills keep in crab meat. it's just my opinion don't judge me if any other suggest
