I don't drink all that often anyway. Maybe a couple times a month at most, and then just one drink at a time.
May be my case but I feel the same but only in when I was in Japan, when I leave Japan they stopped, there is something on the vibe in Japan that trigger that on people, I don't know how to explain why but I'm pretty sure there is something,,, you should try go out of Japan to see if that improves.
Great job, Shinichi, of pushing through your anxiety and, ultimately, enjoying your day. I know you do that every time you can, and I admire you for that. You got your editing done and had an enjoyable dinner–I hope you had a very restful night's sleep. ๐โค Looking forward to your next video.
I am sorry to hear that you had a panic attack..One day my schoolmate had one during P.Eโฆ I wanted to help so much but I didnโt know what to do. In the end she said It would had been great if someone could have distracted herโฆI didnโt know back then..๐
Besides that, very nice video! I didnโt know that prices at restaurants at the hotel would be so decent! For my experience itโs kinda expensive. Tottori is a very nice city! Thanks again for a wonderful video!โจ
I'm sitting here eating cold cerial, sipping on my morning coffee, and watching you eat some amazing food. I love the small plates and bento boxes you can get there. I wish they had stuff like that here.
I'm sorry about your panic attack. I hope they stay away for the rest of your journey. Take care of yourself. โค๐ค
I can't imagine anything from McD's tasting good unless you love the taste of American processed fast food.
God bless you, Shinichi๐๐ฟ I wish you peace, my Aquarius brethren โ Your channel has such a calming effect on me; I wish you that same calm, my friend โ๐ฟ

panic attacks are just awful and i never can figure out what triggered them…the poodles core, that's their nature, i guess, no causality at all ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐๐๐

Thank you for the weekly tours. You inspire and clear people's worries. The Christmas/New Years tour was a blessing.
AEON has taken over Japan. Jupiter is a newer entry that seems to be growing.
Hi Shinichi,
I hope you are seeking treatment for your panic attacks. There are several therapies that have been shown to be effective. There is no need to suffer, and even though I do not know you, it hurts to see you do so.
Shinichi !!! YES I love shopping for food.. trying different things, different ethnicities…everything looks so good in Japan…
So much loveโค๐งก๐๐๐Sending healthy hugs๐ค
So handy near the station lots of food and AEON very near to the hotel too!!! Don't worry about the hotel if it's handy like that and if the price is good I don't worry about the rest your not buying the hotel too hey shinichi!!! It's just a short stay very handy!!!!๐๐ป
Enjoy your weekend lovebirds. Thanks for your videos and I look forward always everyday seeing new adventure time. Stay safe
I think many people get it as they get older. Myself included. Though mild. Awesome vid
I just made "2" Asian pear pies……… the Asian pears are from Mexico!!!!?????
I have never had Tottori Asian pears ..
BUT!!!!!!. I am sure they beat the Mexico kind by far๐๐๐๐๐
Mr. Sinichi…… have you considered taking yoga to help your anxiety??????
try it!!!!!!……. I think you would benefit from it!!!๐
My moment of relaxing; some sushi, enjoying the films of Shinichiโs world and planning my holiday to Japan. โบ๏ธThank you for sharing and explaining Japan.โค๏ธ
My goodness, you get panic attacks? I suffer from terrible anxiety, too. Much love to you….I understand completely .๐ฅฐ
I love nashi so much – one of my favorite fruits. Those 20th century pears look so interesting. There is an orchard about 25 miles (40km) from my house that grows nashi and they sell them out in one day because they are so much better than what you can find in any of the local grocery stores.
HELLO U DID IT & made it on the โ THANK U R taking US back & YES U had me.๐๐๐๐ing โ on the SAND DUNES & the AMAZING VIEWS ๐ฒ!!! Will ๐ about the McDONALDs ๐ STICKS THANK U R taking us on YES I ๐ ๐ ING GROCERY STORES from DIFFERENT COUNTRIES & what they OFFER!!! โค
Gosh, I want to try those chicken sticks!
Looking great but you look lost without satoshi keep it up
Wait why is the crab expensive if it is fished out of the local waters? It is only expensive around here when it is out of season and we have to ship it in. Otherwise eating it in season is when it is the least expensive. That is also when all the northerners are down eating it up like crazy.

That pear looks a little like a yellow onion.
show us more restaurants and more japanese food
Panic attacks are a true nightmare. Glad you make it through the airport and are feeling so much better as you walk the neighborhood. And many, many blessings for sharing your troubles!
