Founded in 1975. The reason why he started the restaurant is because he loves okonomiyaki. The restaurant has been loved by the locals for many years and was selected as one of the 100 best restaurants on the Japanese gourmet website in 2018,2019.
His granddaughters have been standing in the restaurant for about a year to help the master, who is hard of hearing. They work hard at the restaurant because they want to continue their relationship with their regular customers. With this in mind, they go to their grandfather’s restaurant today.
