  1. No minced meat in between, this is a good Kebab!
    But man, does he put little meat on that Dürüm..
    Never seen it with rice though, usually in a flatbread or on a plate.

  2. What is that he's pouring on at 6:34? And more importantly, does anyone know what the marinade they used or what kind for the chicken at the beginning?
