Visiting Asakusa Tokyo in Kimono with my lovely friend Yumi!
I had so much fun and a healthy vibe & energy with her as usual. We were together reminiscing our lovely memory in India.

Since Yumi is a vegetarian (eating fish) I tried two to three vegan restaurants this time while staying in Tokyo, like Seoul, our gastronomy cultures didn’t provide a lot of vegan/veg options. But thanks to her, I get to try vegan foods and learn how people take care of their bodies and follow their beliefs & faith in real life. As you can see, of course, we met our deshi ka bhai! haha Indian traveler vising Tokyo was there, and we chatted and we laughed together! It’s so amazing whenever we feel so close to India and Indian friends while speaking Hindi.

We didn’t plan to wear kimonos, but we found there were so many beautiful girls in traditional clothes! It was a beautiful day, we didn’t want to miss the chance to leave the best shot and fun activity. And our decision gave us more than an Amazing, Badass experience that we will cherish forever. Our Kimono rental shop – Potent, has full of elegant options, and the staffs are so nice and well-mannered. I fell in love with Kimono and the princess hair they made, it was so sad to say goodbye at the end.

Spending time with Yumi brings me back to 2015-2016 in India. We shared our beautiful young 20s in India and we loved it so much. Although Covid blocked us for a while, this covid situation makes me visit her and re-visiting my memory about India. It actually helps me create the video too, it’s funny.
