  1. A β€œpo” or β€œopo” is a sign of respect. Like thank you po, Salamat po, yes po. If they reply β€œopo” that’s a respectful way to reply β€œyes” or they could reply β€œyes po” I am enjoying your travels in Manila.

  2. β€˜Po or Opo’, is a word of respect especially when talking to a person older than you.

  3. Fun vlog, Yad! Ian, the guy who embroidered your hat, is extremely talented. With just a photo for reference, he got it down so closely. Also, at the end of your vlog, I couldn’t help but notice the place you capped the night off at, San Lorenzo Place. I have also stayed there, the last time I vacationed in the Philippines! Cool stuff! πŸ˜„

  4. Yumpanada/empanada is really good
You must try the best ilocos empanadaπŸ‘Œ
    masarap yummy, enjoy guys πŸ™‚

  5. To answer your question about rides — for 13 years I took a jeepney, a train, another train, then an FX (airconditioned Asian utility vehicle) to get to my office in Ermita, Manila from my home in Rizal, a province east of Manila. When the nonprofit I worked for moved to a new location which added 30 minutes to my 2-hour morning trip, I didn't sign for renewal of my contract. Today I work from home — one of the positive things that happened because of the pandemic.

  6. Yad, maybe you can try having a quick tour here in south of the metro. Just ride grab car, and take the skyway going to festival Mall filinvest city. This is the biggest mall here in alabang connected to another mall called LANDMARK.

  7. Filipinos are still very careful by wearing facemask along the train and streets. πŸ™‚

  8. such energy..how do you survive vlogging all day..do you take vitamins or buy energy drinks?

  9. Try using the GRAB app rather than taking the taxi .. it's more convenient and safe… also the fare is pre determined. it's private vehicle just like in Uber.

  10. Girl said pogi mo n mean you are handsome, tutuban mall is old train station during spaniard colony and destroyed by Japanese during ww2

  11. First time viewer here, thanks for the fun and informative video man! I discovered the channel via Mac's channel and saw some of the video where it intertwined. Thanks again for sharing the beautiful Philippines!πŸ˜„

  12. Po or opo is a common tradition in the Philippines as a sign of respect whenever you speak to any ages.

  13. Mrs Sonia is legit and her method works like magic I keep on earning every single week with her new strategy

  14. Small vendors selling t shirts usually do not have changing room. You did not even give a tip to kuyas effort making your logo.

  15. Pogi means handsome! 😊 So when a person says β€œPogi mo” that means β€œYou’re handsome”

  16. You guys are very generous..
And also with your friend there.
I hope other vloggers will follow your footsteps..
    Enjoy your stay…
