真冬の海岸 キャンプ飯第4弾＃宇久島＃焦がしパスタ＃汐出浜海水浴場〜Soup all'arrabbiata〜＃hot soup pasta#remote island life

雪がパラパラちらつく今日この頃、離島でも本格的な冬がやってきました。自転車旅をするにもあまりに寒いため、今日は「宇久観光バス」でぶらっと出てみようと思います。クリスマスの飾り付けもされた車内、宇久の子供達が周りにいるようで楽しいバス旅行になりそうです。
さあ、真冬の「汐出海水浴場」に行ってみよう。

【焦がしパスタ手順】
１．まずフライパンで、トマトソースとともに焦がす
２．焦げ目をつけたところで、水を少しずつ足す
３．麺がアルデンテになるまで、こまめにコンソメと共に煮込む

【スープアラビアータ　レシピ】
ニンニク　１片
ベーコン
ドライソーセージ　　　各々適宜
野菜は何でもあり（今回はピーマン：炒め過ぎたらダメな野菜）

油のコーティングができたら、ホールトマトソースを１缶投入
塩　ひとつまみ　小さじ1(テロップ間違ってます)
赤唐辛子　1本
赤ワイン　100cc
ケバブスパイス　ひとつまみ
バジル（もしくはオレガノ）　しっかり目のひとつまみ
で煮込む

（パスタ投入後）
トマトピューレ　大さじ1
黒胡椒　ひとつまみ
チェダーチーズ　　適宜
オリーブオイル　少々
パセリ
で仕上げる

Location: Uku Shima island, located northernmost of “The five islands archipelago(Goto islands)” in Nagasaki prefecture. Nagasaki has a lot of remote islands, including Iki island and Tsushima island. They are far from the mainland of Japan and nearer the Korean peninsula. Many Christians have hidden on these islands during the Edo era. Atomic bomb victims are still alive and suffering long after WWII. The culture is so different and unique, which is Japanese and seems foreign. Siode beach is located on the southwest corner of this island and very close to Tera Shima island. Only a few people visit here in winter, and the rest house is under reconstruction now because it has been poorly damaged over the years.

Procedure how to make fried pasta:
Frying pasta first on tomato sauce, and pour some water when frying is done.
Add some water if the pasta is not boiled enough.
Boil the pasta with consomme.

Ingredients of hot tomato soup(soup all’arrabbiata):
garlic 1 portion
bacon&dry sausage as many as you like
bell pepper 2 portions
canned tomato 1 can
salt&lebanese kebab spice 5g each
red pepper 1 stick
red wine. 100cc
dried basil 7g
tomato puree 15g
black pepper 5g
cheddar cheese. 1 sheet
olive oil&parsley a little in the end
