台灣燈會—舉辦三十四年的祈福慶典，總是陪伴我們迎接農曆新年的第一個滿月，這份月圓乘載著每個人對未來的希望與期待。台灣燈會睽違二十三年重返台北，自2001年起出發至台灣各個城市，此刻回到最初的源點，燈會始終帶給我們圓滿！從傳統燈藝到現代燈飾，不斷突破、創新及改變，帶給大家不同的感官饗宴，唯一不變的是，燈會始終是讓人期待的歡樂慶典！
經歷這些年疫情帶來的考驗，我們開始學會與病毒共處，開始找到與世界重新相處的頻率，而這次是疫情解封後的第一場國際大型活動，更以突破性的姿態燈場世界，首次在台北都會密集區舉辦「城市型燈會」，作品佈滿在高樓建築間、燈光穿梭在城市巷弄間，捷運串起整個燈會場域，從忠孝復興站、忠孝敦化站、國父紀念館站、捷運市政府站延伸至台北101站，串連東區商圈、信義商圈整合地方商圈產業，加入松山文創園區、國父紀念館、台北101等城市重點場域，規劃四大展區及台北十二行政燈區展出燈飾作品，使台灣燈會與台北城市精彩融合，邀請大家走進「光源台北」一同享樂。
光源台北，是台灣燈會源起台北，是希望之光照亮整座城市，是多元文化豐富這片土地，『台北』本身即是主角，匯聚希望的巨大光球冉冉升空，綻放出溫暖和煦的光芒，當象徵希望與突破的光芒灑落，渲染整座城市並延續這份美好。
台北是一座永不設限、勇於創新、帶給人們希望的城市，循著那道光來到這座閃耀的台北，看見兔子的身影穿梭在整個燈會，跟著他的腳步在展區間追逐乘載希望的燈飾作品、捕捉精彩可期的特色展演，感受作品帶來的奇幻驚喜。台灣燈會為台北帶來不ㄧ樣的火花，因為有希望，所以努力創造；因為不設限，所以光芒四射；因為敢突破，所以台北就是未來！

The Taiwan Lantern Festival is a celebration of blessings that has been held for 34 years to usher in the first full moon of the Lunar New Year. The full moon carries ours hopes and dreams for the future. Since 2001, the Taiwan Lantern Festival has been held in different cities across Taiwan, and it is returning to Taipei after 23 years, where it was first held. The innovative and groundbreaking integration of tradidtional lantern art with the latest lighting technology for visitors. The Lantern Festival is a joyous celebration to look forward to!
