Visit to the Tsunami Ruins in Sendai, Miyagi, Japan | Arahama Elementary School

I visited the Arahama Elementary School Tsunami Ruins and Memorial Site in Arahama, Sendai, Miyagi prefecture, Japan.

It was an emotional journey to see the actual ruins. While the elementary school building saved about 300 souls, more than 190 more did not make it in Arahama town alone.

As the world commemorate the 12th anniversary of the March 11 Northeast Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, I hope this video become a visual resource to help us convey our sympathies and support to the people of Japan.
