I loved this restaurant. When my Sister and I were small, my Mom used to make beautiful ham sandwiches on fresh bakery bread. She'd put slices of green onion in the sandwich and also English mustard. They were our favourite sandwiches. It wasn't until I was 17 or so that my Mom finally confessed that we were eating beef tongue and not ham sandwiches 😂. I asked her why she didn't make them any longer and she said the cooking process was long and the worst part was peeling off the membrane that covered the tongue. I'm not sure how it's sold in Japan, but in 🇨🇦 the tongue comes whole and looks quite unappetising. She did show me how to cook it and when I moved out on my own, I did make it a few times but it didn't come close to my Mom's tongue sandwiches.

Really cotton candy on beef…I dunno, my husband said it was logical!..after all that food you went for more ice cream, he was jealous of the kind you got. He said he once had that flavor at an Indian store. Now he wants to find it again. Wow!

This restaurant is awsome! Beautiful on the inside and outside too. The instructions on how to use the system was not difficult to understand. Good for first timers. And the menu and the variations of the food is outstanding. And all the food that you ordered looked fresh and delicious. And that beef with cotton candy is a yes for me. Sweet but savory.
