⭐️Nishiki Market
The Nishiki Market in Kyoto is a must-visit for anyone traveling to the city. This bustling indoor market offers an array of local specialties and delicious food that truly embodies the spirit of Kyoto’s culinary culture. With over 100 shops and stalls, you’ll find everything from fresh produce and seafood to traditional snacks and sweets. The market is especially well-known for its grilled eel, pickled vegetables, and tofu dishes. The atmosphere is lively and the vendors are friendly, making it a great place to try new things and interact with locals. Be sure to visit early in the day to avoid the crowds, and bring an empty stomach! Overall, a visit to the Nishiki Market is a unique and memorable experience that should not be missed.

⭐️koé donuts
Koe Donuts is located right by Kawaramachi Station on the Hankyu-kyoto Line. And with an emphasis on organic, natural and local, you’ll find a scrumptious line-up of donuts that are decadent but also brimming with the original flavors of their simple ingredients: flour, milk, eggs, sugar and of course cooking oil. The milk and eggs are sourced locally and the flour is made in-house each morning in their “powder factory” which can be observed through the glass-separated open kitchen.

⭐️Men-ya Inoichi
From the front of the restaurant comes the tempting aroma of dashi, inviting the diner in. True to their Kyoto roots, they pursue a ramen richly suffused with the flavour of dashi. The broth is from Rausu kombu, a type of kelp rich in umami, and several types of dried seafood. The feature dish is ‘Dashi Soba’. The ramen is served in two varieties: the lightly seasoned ‘white’ and the full-bodied ‘black.’ Freshly shaved katsuo-bushi brings out the umami still further.

Temple is a Unique place to stay. Staying at this hotel was a precious and pleasant experience, with many unforgettable moments, so overall it was great.
The staff was very welcoming and they were able to answer all our questions.
also, they helped us reserve restaurants because many of them only accept phone reservations!

Also, there is a luggage delivery service for 300 yen to Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Station, so it is convenient for those who use Kyoto Station to send their luggage before check-in or after check-out.
