長野県 大町公園・臥竜公園の桜絶景 ( ヒーリング音楽 ) / Cherry Blossoms at Omachi & Garyu Park ( Nagano, Japan )【日本の桜名所】

大町公園は、長野県北西部に位置する公園で、北アルプスの山岳美を堪能できる絶景の桜名所です。大町市街を見下ろせる東側の高台にあり、蓮華岳や爺ヶ岳、そして北アルプスを代表する名峰、鹿島槍ヶ岳や五竜岳といった北アルプスの山々を望む絶好のロケーションで、山岳博物館も隣接します。

鹿島槍ヶ岳（日本百名山）は、後立山連峰の盟主とされる山で、山頂は南峰と北峰からなる双耳峰で、南峰は標高2,889m、北峰は標高2,842mです。五竜岳（日本百名山）も後立山連峰の主要峰の一つであり、その標高は2,814mです。
残雪の名峰と桜の組み合せは、日本の春を代表する風景の一つです。

臥竜公園は、長野県北部に位置する公園で、「日本さくら名所100選」に選定されています。園内の竜ヶ池の周囲を桜並木が取り囲み、よく晴れた日には妙高山・飯縄山など残雪の「北信五岳」も望めます。

竜ヶ池の中央には臥竜橋が架かり、北岸には展望東屋もあります。池の周囲には約150本の桜が植えられていて、美しい桜並木を形成しています。また、池の南方には弁天島が浮かび橋が架かっています。
夕暮れから夜にかけてライトアップも実施され、幻想的な夜桜も観賞できます。

Omachi Park is located in northwestern Nagano Prefecture and is a superb cherry blossom viewing spot where visitors can enjoy the mountain beauty of the Northern Alps. Located on a hill on the east side of the park overlooking Omachi City, the park offers an excellent view of the mountains of the North Alps, including Mt. Renge-dake, Mt. Jiigatake, and the famous peaks representing the North Alps, Mt. Kashima-Yarigatake and Mt. Goryu-dake, with a mountain museum adjacent to the park.

Mt. Kashima-Yarigatake (one of the 100 great mountains of Japan) is the main mountain of the Ushiro-Tateyama mountain range. The summit is a biaxial peak consisting of the south and north peaks, with the south peak at 2,889 m and the north peak at 2,842 m. Goryu-dake (Mt. Goryu, one of the 100 great mountains of Japan) is also one of the main peaks of the Ushiro-tateyama mountain range, and its elevation is 2,814 meters.
The combination of the famous peaks with lingering snow and cherry blossoms is one of the most representative scenery of spring in Japan.

Garyu Park is located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture and has been selected as one of the 100 best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan. On a clear day, visitors can see Mt. Myoko, Mt. Iinawa, and other peaks with lingering snow in the “Hokushin Gogaku (five peaks of Mt. North Nagano)”.

Garyu Bridge crosses the center of Ryugaike Pond, and there is a viewing pavilion on the northern shore. About 150 cherry trees are planted around the pond, forming a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees. Bentenjima Island floats to the south of the pond and a bridge crosses it.
The pond is illuminated from dusk to night for a fantastic night view of the cherry blossoms.
