2023年1月後半。10年に一度と言われる大寒波が日本列島を覆いました。
INUはちょうどその期間に２泊３日の旅行を予定していたのです。（ホテルも予約済みでした。）
この大寒波で、北陸地方や関西では大雪のため高速道路や電車の立ち往生が相次ぎました。
そんな中、東京〜静岡だけは晴れていたのです。 しかし、油断はできません。関東や静岡の平地でも積雪の恐れがあるという予報もありました。
ギリギリまで様子をみたのですが、天気予報では東京や静岡は快晴のようでしたので、予定通りに出発しました。
２日目は、下田〜静岡〜箱根です。
伊豆下田ビューホテルから静岡市へ行き、久能山東照宮、駿府城を観光した後、箱根まで行き、”箱根仙石原プリンスホテル”の最上階 “kodachiラグジュアリーコーナールーム”にチェックイン。
３日目は、小田原城や横浜中華街と山下公園の夜景を楽しむ予定が、とうとう雨や雪が！？ INUの運命やいかに！？

ボクはインドネシア生まれ、アメリカ出身、東京育ちの”INU” だいぬ〜。
旅行やドライブが大好きだいぬ〜。観光地やB級スポットを巡るのが好きなんだいぬ〜。道端の変な物や観光地の”顔出しボード”とかも好きなんだいぬ〜。
In late January 2023, a cold wave, said to be the worst in a decade, covered the Japanese archipelago.
INU had just scheduled a 3-day/2-night trip during that period and had already booked a hotel.
The cold wave caused heavy snowfall in the Hokuriku and Kansai regions, which resulted in a series of highway and train delays and stop.
In such a situation, only the area between Tokyo and Shizuoka was clear. However, one cannot be too careful. There were forecasts that even in the flat areas of the Kanto and Shizuoka regions, there was a threat of snow accumulation.
We waited until the last minute to see what would happen, but the weather forecast looked clear for Tokyo and Shizuoka, so we departed as planned.
On the second day, we will go sightseeing in Shizuoka.
From Izu Shimoda View Hotel to Shizuoka City, visit Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine and Sunpu Castle. After that, we will go to Hakone and check in at “kodachi luxury corner room” on the top floor of “Hakone Sengokuhara Prince Hotel”.
On the third day, we planned to enjoy Odawara Castle, Yokohama Chinatown, and the night view of Yamashita Park, but it finally rained and snowed! What is the fate of INU?
