When you are in Tasmania, make sure you go and see “The Wall” on the main highway at Derwent Bridge between the west side of Tasmania and Hobart. A guy is carving a wooden wall with all different pictures about Tasmania. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures but if he knows beforehand I’m not sure if you tell him he may let you. Someone else told us about it and we thought ok we will go and see it and was blown away but the pictures he is slowly doing. Highly recommend.
