The Dormy Inn was only a few footsteps from Chinatown filled with restaurants whose windows displayed plastic food replicas and prices. Nagasaki’s favorite dishes, or dishes known for, are pork buns, Champon and Sara-udon.
We were lucky enough to sample all three at the Dormy Inn on their breakfast buffet and only the pork buns were my “keeper.” Others in our group adored Champon. Try them all and decide for yourself.
