    Thanks a million TheHDAviation I'm pleased you liked my video with P4-MES and the TU154. I've seen P4 a few times, but only ever videoed once before so I was very pleased to get it this time. It's actually quite regular at STN but I always seem to miss it!

    Thanks a lot TopFelya! I have only videoed the P4-MES aircraft twice, this being one of them. It's quite a regular at STN but I always seem to miss it. It's striking, especially the black bits around the cockpit! TU154's probably have to get special agreement to fly as they are noisy by modern standards, but a treat to see and hear if you get the chance.

    Hi, the MD11's are amazingly powerful I see the FedEx ones rotating quickly too sometimes, I guess it's all down to how heavily loaded they are. Always great to see the big trijets.

    Hello Harry, thanks for commenting on my video with the TU154 at Stansted, the smoke trail out of these aircraft is pretty amazing when compared to modern aircraft. I know it's not environmental of me to say so, but it is great to see and hear these aircraft once in a while.

    Still very elegant and well build aircraft. Considering all the factors (age, design purpose, environment of operation) it actually has prety good safety record. Glad I could fly it few times, older B-2 and "new" M spec also.
